The Heart Behind Canine Celebrations
Alex
Founder/Lead Wedding Pet Attendant
Alex is a professional dog trainer and co-owner of a home-based dog boarding business with her husband. She is certified in Pet CPR/ First Aid, alongside multiple pet handling certifications. With a background in both dog care and wedding coordination, she saw a growing need: couples wanting their dogs at their weddings—but needing someone who truly gets dogs and events.
That’s how Canine Celebrations was born.
She’s a mom to two boys and a Husky/Pittie mix. Huskies are her favorite breed (though she’ll tell you every dog becomes her favorite the second she meets them 🐶). Her favorite part of the job? Making sure your pup is calm, cared for, and part of the magic—without adding stress to your day.
When she’s not working with dogs, Alex loves hiking, camping, snowboarding, baking, reading, and playing board games.
She is a dreamer and loves planning sessions with couples more than anything. Give her your vision and she will bring it to life! Alex can’t wait to help your pup be part of your big day. 💛

Tyler
Co-owner/Assistant Wedding Pet Attendant
Tyler is the co-owner of Canine Celebrations, a full-time dog trainer, and one of the pet-loving pros who’ll make sure your pup shines on your big day. Married to founder Alex and just as obsessed with dogs, he brings both expertise and a calm, fun energy to every event.
From goofy Goldens to high-energy GSPs (his personal favorite!), Tyler loves connecting with every dog’s unique personality. He is certified in Pet CPR/ First Aid, alongside multiple pet handling certifications.
What’s his favorite part of the job? The joy of it all—helping dogs be part of your love story, soaking up the celebration, and sneaking in a few belly rubs along the way.
When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him outdoors, hanging with family, gaming, listening to audiobooks, or sipping on a well-earned milkshake.
You and your pup are in the best of hands with Tyler. 💛
Desireah
Wedding Pet Attendant
Desireah is a professional dog trainer and lifelong animal lover who brings a calm, confident presence to every wedding day. Her journey into dog training began after working with her own pup—and quickly grew into a deep passion for canine behavior, body language, and communication.
She’s especially fascinated by breed-specific quirks and loves learning what makes each dog unique. As a certified pet first aid & CPR provider, Desireah ensures your furry family member is safe, happy, and well cared for throughout your big day.
In addition to being present on your big day, she also offers in-home boarding—staying in your home to provide one-on-one care while you’re away or after the festivities are over. For Desireah, working with dogs is more than just a job—it’s where she feels most at home.

Josh
Assistant Wedding Attendant & Bachelorette Puppy Yoga Attendant
Josh has a quiet kind of magic when it comes to dogs. Whether he’s helping a nervous pup walk down the aisle or wrangling a group of puppies during bachelorette yoga, his calm, steady energy helps dogs feel safe, seen, and cared for—even in the middle of the excitement.
Josh is certified in Pet CPR/ First Aid, ensuring your dog is in the best hands while he cares for them.
An outdoor enthusiast at heart, Josh feels most at home hiking, camping, fishing, or climbing—with a dog at his side whenever possible. His deep love for animals goes beyond words, and he brings that same loyalty and presence to every celebration he’s part of.
At the end of the day, Josh believes dogs deserve to be part of life’s most important moments—especially the ones where love takes center stage.
